Essential Requirements
Cots (two tier) and related Lenin
Cost of 20 cots @ Rs 1,500 each i.e Rs 30,000
Cabinet type steel shelves for keeping books, clothing and other belongings of the children individually.
Cost of 4 cabinet type shelves @ Rs 10,000 each i.e Rs 40,000
Fans etc., 6 Ceiling fans, 2 Table fans, 2 Pedasta1 fans, 2 Exhaust fans, 4 Ironing boxes (for pressing washed clothes).
Cost of fans and iron boxes Rs 15,000
Cooking equipment is currently borrowed on non rental basis (on courtesy) and procuring the fuel i.e.cooking gas cylinders indirectly from different regular customers of the gas agencies indigenously.

Grinders, Rubbing machine and Refrigerator have to be purchased immediately as we feel much difficulty to substantiate the same services in another way.

Utensils etc., need to purchase pressure cookers, non sticker pans and other preservative dishes like hot cases, cold boxes and also electrical ovens and cookers at time of urgent need as and when the supply of L.P.G.(Cooking Gas) is interrupted.

Purchase Land for Construction of Hostel Building
Presently, Angel Children Home is located in a rented building with limited space. As per the lease agreement there is a biannual increase of 10% rent over the preceding year so that the rent will be progressive nearer to "Geometric Progression". As such in long run we have to face much more difficulty and we may not be in a position to up-keep the internal needs of the building.
Under these circumstances we need your prayers and financial help to Purchase the Land for construction of Hostel building to home children.
Required Area of Land is 1 acre within the radius of 15 kms from Rajahmundry
Estimated Cost of
Land for outright purchase observing necessary legal
formalities is about Rs.20,00,000 (US$ 45,000 approx.) at
present, registration charges etc.exclusive.
Construction of Hostel Building to Home Children
Boys Hostel building to accommodate 50 children, needs to be constructed in a minimum area of 3000 sq.ft of the purchased land with dormitory rooms accommodating 5 children in each room.
Girls Hostel building to accommodate 50 children, needs to be constructed with required facilities especially for girls with proper privacy as per standard design for female sex in a minimum area of 3000 sq.ft.
Estimated cost @ Rs
600 per sq.ft for the construction of twin hostels.
Mini Van for Transportation
Mini Van for Transportation is required for taking children to school, church, summer camps, educational / sports oriented events, excursions and medical / health up-keeping.
At present, we are sending the children in the hired 3 wheeler auto rickshaws / taxis incurring not less than Rs 40, 000 per year only for school going. This mode of transport in the city like Rajahmundry when the frequency of movement of the vehicles is very high and children are exposed to risk. It is better to have a mini van which can serve the above purposes.
Cost of 2 mini vans (15 + seater) @ Rs.5,00,000 each i.e. Rs.10,00,000 (US $25,000) for the use of two hostels.
